Stella Rising Shines Brighter: We've Upgraded to Silver with EcoVadis!

Our Silver Medal recognition reflects our expanded sustainability initiatives, including:

• Purchasing carbon offsets from Native, a certified B Corp, to neutralize employee travel impact. In 2024, we offset 50 metric tonnes of CO2 by supporting high-quality, verified carbon offset projects in the U.S.
• Encouraging Stellas to create energy-efficient home offices with ergonomic considerations
• Our remote-first approach, through which we save an estimated 554,167 miles of commuting each year
• Distributing a monthly safety newsletter to promote workplace wellbeing
• Donating 1% of net profits to charity, including environmental and social impact projects
• Providing time off for volunteering in our communities
• Implementing a matching gifts program to amplify employee charitable contributions
• Strengthening our labor and human rights policies

Ecovadis’ methodology dives deep into a company's sustainability ecosystem using seven core principles backed by evidence-based data. With our EcoVadis rating we are in in step with the leadership shown by top agency holding companies—and with two of our clients, The L’Occitane Group and L’Oreal. Both founding members of the Responsible Beauty Initiative, these two Stella clients are transforming sustainability practices throughout the beauty supply chain.
