We then track and report on customer reviews monthly. Stella Rising monitors and replies to all consumer questions and buyer messages to ensure the best customer service.
Trouble Ticket & Case Log management: Stella Rising manages the full process of opening, managing, and monitoring cases on Amazon.
Promotional strategy development: We advise on a yearly calendar of promotions, advising on proper strategy for discount and deal types and implementation. We provide strategy and insight around participation in Amazon corporate events, such as New Year New You, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Prime Day, Holiday, and more, and enroll your brand as applicable.
Amazon Inventory Management/Vendors: Operational monitoring: we consistently review the brand operation’s scorecard to ensure the vendor is compliant with Amazon best practices. We track current and inbound inventory and place Born to Run orders as needed.
