BRAND ACTIVATION ASSOCIATE

As Brand Activation Associate you play a vital role in supporting the team, acquiring knowledge in media campaign tactics, and establishing a growth foundation within our agency. You coordinate, organize, and assist in executing media campaigns across various marketing channels, contributing to the financial management of campaigns while learning from seasoned professionals. Your thirst for knowledge and attention to financial details are essential for the success of the team.

Regular Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Develop an understanding of media channel roles, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Collaborate on the launch, monitoring, and maintenance of campaigns.
• Assist in developing partner RFPs and recommendations.
• Prepare follow-up notes for both internal and external statuses for approval.
• Provide research as requested for strategy development.
• Collaborate with vendors for insights and innovation.
• Update documents for campaign tracking.
• Manage budget documents and assist in reconciliations.
• Update cross-channel reporting dashboards.
• Prepare media authorizations and communications.
• Curious mindset, eager to expand media expertise.
• Strong quantitative skills, including media math and analytical abilities.
• Effective multitasking in a fast, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills for accuracy and timely deliverables.
• Positive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field a plus.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000 (plus overtime)
