Raquel Klugman Named SVP, Beauty at Women’s Marketing

Women’s Marketing, a leading marketing and media services agency, is pleased to announce that Raquel Klugman has been named SVP, Beauty, helping to lead a dynamic team focused on growing brands through full funnel media strategy and marketing services. In her role, Raquel will work across the vertical’s client portfolio, which includes drybar, Iredale Mineral Cosmetics (jane iredale), First Aid Beauty, and Moroccanoil.

Raquel joins Women’s Marketing from Butter London, following an extensive career in beauty, which launched at Tarte Cosmetics. Previous experience includes six years at L’Oreal, where she led marketing for La Roche-Posay, worked on the executive team for SkinCeuticals, and led the company’s first transversal strategic skincare taskforce for the Corporate Strategic Marketing team. Raquel received an MBA from the Wharton School; she will report directly to Eric Cowles, General Manager, Beauty.
