MANAGER, SOCIAL MEDIA

We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Social Media. As Manager, Social Media you will lead and actualize paid social media strategies across a diverse clientele. Your role is to strategically blend creativity, analytical insight, and leadership in defining and implementing innovative campaign strategies that align with each client's unique goals. In this role, you'll oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy development to execution and management across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. You will be accountable for the seamless setup and execution of campaigns, leading client interactions, and providing comprehensive reports. Collaborating with account leads, you will be focused on ensuring a cohesive and effective social media marketing presence. You will begin to guide the onboarding, training, and development of more junior team members.
Regular Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage multiple client relationships including strategy, execution, and reporting including client presentations (decks and speaking on calls) ensuring strong collaboration with your client or channel lead.
- Work closely with designated client leads to ensure seamless collaboration, execution, and communication (80%+ of your time should be dedicated towards your clients and client teams)
- Own end-to-end paid social strategy and execution (strategy development, audience research, copywriting, creative recommendations, campaign builds and implementation, budget pacing, ongoing performance analysis and optimizations, reporting, client management, A/B testing, etc.) across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, SEM, and creative teams to align social initiatives with overall goals.
- Bring industry trends, new advertising technologies, Betas, and best practices to the team to advance our position as an authority in social advertising.
- Support and QA junior team members work on campaigns ensuring quality and accuracy against campaign parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to produce strong results in paid social strategy and execution.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly solve client concerns.
- Professional and team-oriented attitude, flexible and creative, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
- Analytical strength, able to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in core categories like beauty, CPG, and retail; ecommerce experience is also beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
