RETAIL ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Stella Rising is seeking a highly motivated Retail Account Coordinator. In this role, you will contribute to the account success across multiple accounts. This entry-level position offers a dynamic opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of retail marketplaces. You'll support the execution of multiple client accounts, working collaboratively with managers and directors to develop and execute retail account strategies, manage day-to-day tasks, and deliver impactful results. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning will be essential as you partner with the team to achieve client goals and stay knowledgeable of the changes happening in the ever-evolving retail marketplace landscape. The right candidate must be able work proficiently in a remote environment but love getting together in person with clients, the team, and at our company sponsored events.

Regular responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Learn and support the development of account strategy, focusing on Amazon 1P and 3P Marketplaces.
  • Assist in the development of retail account tactics tailored to client objectives including keyword research, competitive analysis, analysis of historic performance, as well as any other analyses that are relevant to the client’s business.
  • Conduct daily store walks, MTD tracking, catalog reviews for account suppressions & policy violations and report findings.
  • Support the Implementation and execution of Amazon Posts Initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing ecommerce PDPs for “retail readiness,” including the implementation of PDP Copy, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
  • Assist with monthly billing & actualizations.
  • Assist with generating regular performance reports (weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly), including tracking key performance metrics daily.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust campaign strategies, promotions, and other parameters to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage internal communications.
  • Participate in external client meetings and prepare follow-up notes for both internal and external statuses for approval.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new features/promotions as they are released across the various retail marketplace platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of ecommerce channels & marketplaces
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with task management software a plus (e.g., Asana)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Team player who manages up effectively and knows how and when to ask for help.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen to manage monthly billing.
  • Familiarity with Retail Media platforms (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads/DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, Kroger Ads Platform, CitrusAd, etc.) and Bid Management platforms (e.g., Skai, Pacvue) a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (plus overtime)
