RETAIL ADVERTISING COORDINATOR

As Retail Advertising Coordinator you provide essential support in the execution of Retail Media Advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Working alongside experienced members of our team, this entry-level position involves actively assisting with the implementation of client-approved retail media strategies, ensuring the accuracy and success of each campaign. Your responsibilities include contributing to campaign set up, optimizing strategies, and gaining insights into the nuances of retail media campaign management. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to continuous learning are paramount in this role.

Regular Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Learn and assist in implementing retail media campaign tactics based on client goals (drive ad-attributed revenue, improve ROAS efficiency, etc.).
  • Support the development of campaign strategy by conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and analysis of historic performance, and working alongside a senior member of the team, monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved results.
  • Create and launch campaigns across multiple retail media platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, and more as needed.
  • Assist with generating regular performance reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust campaign strategies, targeting, and other parameters to drive continuous improvement.
  • Update budget pacers and identify campaign adjustments to align with monthly spends.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new advertising features as they are released across the various retail media platforms.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing, retail media advertising, or related areas through internship is a plus.
  • Familiarity with retail media advertising platforms, such as Amazon Sponsored Ads/DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, Kroger Ads Platform, CitrusAd, etc., and Bid Management platforms (e.g., Skai, Pacvue).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (plus overtime)
