We are currently recruiting for a Senior Specialist, Social Media. As Senior Specialist, Social Media your role is pivotal in executing and optimizing paid social campaigns for multiple clients across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You will ensure meticulous management of these campaigns, aligning them with client objectives and adhering to departmental and industry best practices. This position demands a detail-oriented approach and dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards in all facets of campaign execution. The right candidate must be able work proficiently in a remote environment but love getting together in person with clients, the team, and at our company sponsored events.

Regular responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Execute and optimize approved paid social strategy across various clients, utilizing platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn with limited oversight.
• Adhere to and assist in QA processes, ensuring all aspects of campaign setup are accurate and meet quality and best practice standards.
• Analyze data, extract insights for reporting, and populate reports weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed.
• Extract qualitative insights from campaign reports and platform data, interpreting and translating data into actionable strategies.
• Lead status documents, taking a more proactive role in campaign communication and coordination.
• Prepare and present campaign performance on client calls with support from the team.
• Manage and pace budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with client objectives and efficient resource allocation.
• Stay informed of new social media marketing techniques and innovate, bringing new strategies and techniques to greater team.

• Proven experience in paid social media management across diverse platforms, showcasing a solid understanding of each.
• Solid understanding of campaign setup, ad set and ads within the respective ad management platforms.
• Experience with Facebook ads library.
• Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and MS Office including Excel for data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, enabling efficient data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.
• Relevant certifications required, such as Meta Blueprint.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
