Flying Point Digital is a proud sponsor of the 25th Annual New York Cares Coat Drive. This season, FPD proudly donated fourteen coats to the organization in order spread holiday cheer to those in need. We understand our contribution is marginal, but our donations will be given to disadvantaged men, women, and children, located in public schools,
homeless shelters, and community organizations throughout the city. New York Cares had an extreme shortage of coats in 2013 and with our efforts, FPD couldn’t be happier then to lend our support to such a warm cause. We experienced great success hosting our second annual coat drive, and we look forward to doing it again next winter!
For the past 25 years, New York Cares has been providing warmth to our beloved New York City. Due to record-breaking temperatures and polar vortexes, New York Cares has extended its coat drive to February 7th, 2014. As of today, more than 100,000 requests for coats have been received by the organization and over ten thousand of our neighbors are still left without coats. Help New York Cares reach its final goal and take pride in giving the gift of warmth to tens of thousands of people in need.
