For the second year in a row, Stella Rising has been named an Ad Age Best Place to Work! The annual Ad Age survey identifies and honors the best employers in the North American marketing industry. The 50 companies on the 2023 list all entered a process which evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, and demographics—as well as an employee survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, and Stella Rising came out as one of the best again.
The employee survey affirmed that Stellas love the company culture and value the agency’s people-first focus, grading Stella with a 98% employee satisfaction score. Many steps were taken over the year to ensure that Stellas felt supported both professionally and personally. Recent program launches include Missions, which bring small teams together to push boundaries and innovate and the Stella Growth Path, which maps employee future goals to educational resources. Stella makes an earnest effort to listen to the needs of people by offering fair pay and benefits, a Happiness Allowance, mental and emotional wellness resources, education reimbursement, annual awards, and flexible workdays.
