For the second consecutive year, Stella Rising has been named to Inc. Magazine's annual Best Workplaces list—a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture in a physical or remote environment. We were also a winner in the Prosperous and Thriving: $5M to $50M in gross revenue category.
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees for this year’s list. Stella Rising took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, fostering employee growth, perks, and company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
A women-led company that prizes diversity, creativity, and hard work, Stella Rising benefits include a Happiness Allowance, mental and emotional health resources, a strong PTO policy, Stella Flex Fridays, and ongoing social and educational events. A culture of transparency including meetups with the CEO, regular recognition, and career growth enable employees to feel connected and empowered.
Stella Rising leadership believes that life’s greatest satisfaction is to lift people (and brands) up. Van Dam added “This past year challenged us to prove that we could absorb all the growth of the agency while reimagining our organization as a fully virtual one where all feel welcome for the long term. I am proud of what we have accomplished together; being honored on Inc.’s esteemed list of Best Workplaces—based on employee feedback—serves as further validation of that effort’s success. It is an honor to work with people who are so passionate, care deeply about one another, live our core values, and fully give themselves in support of our clients, community, and organization. The Stellas are one-of-a-kind.”
This announcement follows other recent Stella Rising achievements for both culture and performance, including recognition as AdAge’s Best Places to Work in the U.S. and being named PPC Agency of the Year by U.S. Search Awards.
