Stella Rising has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list—again! This year, Inc. collected data from thousands of submissions and created a list of top companies that excel in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures. We were also a winner in the Prosperous and Thriving: $5M to $50M in gross revenue category.

Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. Company benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking. It is the selection of companies based on employee data that makes this such a special honor, because it represents validation, directly from Stellas.
